Conversations and drafts

The website assistant runs in your browser. It uses prepared answers, not a hosted AI model. Your conversation, request draft, name, and email are stored in this tab’s session storage so you can move between pages. Drafts are restored for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; closing the tab ends that storage session.

Typing in the assistant or form does not send a request to our team. You can review and edit the request before choosing Send request. The conversation transcript is not attached automatically.

When you send a request

We receive your name, email address, and the request you approve. Amazon Web Services processes the submission and delivers it to our company mailbox. We use those details to respond and discuss your project. Email correspondence remains in that mailbox; it does not share the browser draft’s 30-minute limit.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, or confidential documents in the form. We can agree on a suitable way to share project materials when we respond.

Security and technical records

Our hosting services process connection information, including your IP address, to serve the site and protect submissions. The contact service uses a keyed hash of the address for rate limits. Its database stores counters and delivery receipts, not the message text or email address. Receipts are scheduled to expire after seven days; contact service logs are retained for 14 days and exclude request bodies.
